BIM Coordination
Federate the models, find the clashes, and turn the real ones into RFIs.

The clash report has four thousand results. Most are noise, some are the same clash counted eleven times, and the ones that matter are buried somewhere in the middle.
Upload IFC models from each discipline, federate them, and run clash detection across the set. The geometry is computed deterministically — measured intersections with real penetration depths, not an opinion.
AI then interprets those facts: which clashes are likely false positives, which are the same underlying problem, and which need a decision this week. It never invents or alters a geometric fact. Facts first, interpretation second, and a human decides.
Accepted clashes become draft RFIs inside Citebuilt, carrying the model context with them. The coordination conversation stays attached to the geometry it is about instead of starting again in email.
Models are viewed in the browser without a workstation or a licence, and revisions can be compared so you can see what moved between issues.
